Private Pilot Rating

The Private Pilot rating is the first ratings that most pilots start with. It is does not have some of the restrictions of a Recreational license. A Private Pilots License allows the holder of this certificate to enter any civilian airspace, fly at night, and carry passenger of an undefined number excluding passengers for compensation or hire. Some students begin and finish with this license because it is all they require to achieve their goals. Others use it as a stepping stone or what many pilots would call, “A license to Learn”.
